The Alison Group is one of the leading designers and producers of custom beer tap handles. Our tap handle capabilities include poly resin, wood, acrylic, metal or a combination of these materials. We have worked with breweries of all sizes to help them design and produce tap handles specific to the look, feel, and vibe they want to achieve.
Poly resin is the most popular material we use to make 3D molds with exceptional, intricate painted details. We can achieve dimension by embossing and/or debossing to give the tap handle depth and texture, while interchangeable decals, magnets or cards are helpful for multiple branding purposes. For wood grains or complex patterns, we use hydrographic printing which is a method of applying printed designs to three-dimensional surfaces. For small copy or logos that cannot be molded we use a waterslide decal.
